Carlos Sánchez founded e-motiva in 2003 with the mission of “helping large companies and public entities create stimulating and motivating work environments, with the aim of strengthening their employees’ commitment to the organization’s strategic challenges.” [View e-motiva’s founding charter, signed in October 2002]
